ChatGPT for Teens adds age-aware protections for younger users
OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT for Teens, a dedicated experience for users aged 13 to 17 with additional age-appropriate protections.
The company says the product uses age prediction and teen-focused safeguards, making youth safety a more explicit product-design requirement rather than relying only on general-purpose model policies.
